- Payment Information: We collect your payment and payout information (such as bank account or credit card details) through our secure third-party payment processors.
- Communications with Aurova and other Members: When you communicate with Aurova or use the Platform to communicate with other members, we collect information about your communication and any information you choose to provide.
b. Information We Automatically Collect
- Usage Information: We collect information about your interactions with the Platform, such as the pages or content you view, your searches for Listings, bookings you have made, and other actions.
- Log Data and Device Information: We automatically collect log data and device information when you access and use the Platform. That information includes, among other things: details about how you’ve used the Platform, IP address, access dates and times, hardware and software information, and device information.
2. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information in the following circumstances:
- With Other Users: To facilitate bookings, we share information between hosts and renters, such as names, vehicle details, and communication history.
- Third-Party Service Providers: We share information with vendors who perform services on our behalf, such as payment processing (e.g., Stripe), identity verification, insurance services, and customer support. These providers have limited access to your information to perform these tasks and are contractually bound to protect it.
